My Fashion Life: Denise Plante

Denise Plante is the co-host of the KOSI 101.1 morning show, co-host of News9’s Colorado & Company and is the mother of two boys. So, what’s her secret to staying so stylish and looking so polished with her busy schedule? Well, she has a little help.

“Denise Snyder from Mariel dresses me for Colorado & Company,” Plante says. ”She not only owns the store, but is also an excellent stylist.”

Plante is usually seen wearing a feminine dress or skirt and sweater on air. “Dresses are much more flattering on TV for my figure,” she says.

Outside of work, Plante says you’ll most often catch her wearing running pants and a tank top with flip flops.

“I love wearing cotton — with a little Spandex — running pants,” she says. “They have a flared leg, so it helps with my hips.”

She does so much for the community and reaches out in any way she can,” Plante says. ”Her love for fashion has helped me tremendously! I often ask her to help me with events outside of TV/radio appearances. She has dressed me in the past for the Emmys, cocktail receptions and nonprofit events.”
